In the name of the State of Oregon,
you are hereby required to appear and
answer the complaint filed against you
in the alx>ve entitled suit within six
weeks from the date of the first publica­
tion of this summons and if you fail to
appear and answer as herein required,
for want thereof, the plaintiff will ap­
ply to the court for the relief demand­
ed in said complaint, which is for a de­
cree that all adverse claims of the de­
fendant in and to the following described
