Annie Schlueter, a German domestic, was adjudged insane at Seattle on the 7th, and sent to the Steilacoom asylum. Her insanity was caused by the vil lainy of an officer ot the steamer Kirklaml, who seduced her three weeks ago. She brooded over the shame so much that several days ago her reason gave way and she became possessed of a hallucination tha some one was hunting to harm her. She had to have every door aud window locked, and a hatchet by her side to keep people away. Before she "be came violent she made a statement implicating the officer of the Kirk land.
