That same night, South Umpqua squashed Marshfield, 42-20, and North Bend, who the Vikings host this Friday, hammered Brookings-Harbor 49-7. Over the course of the next few weeks, Siuslaw will face three of the 4A’s top-10 ranked teams as they try to reach the road to a post-season appear- ance. “We didn’t play up to our potential, but we’ll be all right,” said coach Jamin Pool.
