Th result of decreased majori rlt jn the n'iunch old Republican &..$( of Maine, in the recent elec tion, is looked to by the opponents 3f Mr. Taft as to mean much, for Mr. Dryan. While the election was influenced greatly by local lifTairp, still it does mean some thing, ami should and probably will ie6uit in good for the Republi can candidate for the presidency. I t wilt bring the Republicans of tb9 country to a point where they -'hu better re!iz" the fact there is sictual need of organization and concentration of forces to win. Here in Oregon we can fully real rz? this fact. The Republican jtatty has been badly rent ty strife and selfi.-diueos and loo many of its Followers have been "getting f?reja" magnificently by turning ererythiog over to the Democratss. Do the Republicans now want t: gt even ag&in by turning over tlstate to Bryan. This decision a Absolutely under the control of f he Republicans of Oregon. .Stock Inspector4 Kale.
