There will probably be several road potitiiins presented at the spring term of court for location. The most of the toads that have been granted are in very good condition, but there is sev eral more badly needed, and now is Ihe time to locate the same, before the iinpioveiuents are permanently fixed. There are solue however that are so narrow-minded and near-sighted they wdl not inovu a line of fence or give ground without damages, no matter how much behelit they might derive from it. And then our road law is so complicated and so much red tape to be used, and expi nsive, that Wit Very few have the time, means and inclina tion lo grajii le with il, m they prefer to have narrow lanes, gates and bars, which is generally a constant s tlrce of hard feeling, bickering and stiife.
