The threshing machine of Messrs. A. M. Flory & II. P. Miden was totally destroyed by lire in Audrey lieancy's grain field, miles north of Lexington last Saturday evening at 7 o'clock, says the Ilep pner Ciazette. The machine was threshing after a header and had stopped a few minutes waiting for grain. William Campbell came up with the header wagon and as the machine started, he asked Mr. Flory. the feeder, to change places with him that load. The grain had no sooner struck the cylinder, than a Hash like sheet lightning came out of the machine, and before wate r could he procured, was totally destroyed.
