The Amalgamated At-seciation of Iron and Steel VTorktrs' cvnvfJition to-day granled the application ci the bolt makers for admission into the organization. A general strike association measure was suggested by the American Federation of Trades Union, whereby all the members of the federation are assessed in case of strike in any of the trades unions-was adopted. The amendment was also passed promptly admitting a large num ber of men about the mills who hetetofore could not get in.
