During the night bnne ol the tracks in some parts of the dis trict of the nortii division were obstructed by being covered with all sorts of retuse and such otliei movable thi::gs as came to hiind. A few cars were run out in this division to the usual accompli-; aments of jeers, so no attempt ha been made as yet to run cars in the west division. The strikers in this division who have been ihrousih two or three such strike5 exi.'ibit uglier dispositions than those of the noith side. The first trouoie of the day on the west side occurred this afternoon when a man namod Cubbons, who drove one of the cars yesterday, drove out of the We- tern Avenue barns.
