Grain circles have been consider ably excited in San Francisco dur the past few days, and there was a perceptible advance in wheat. In this city wheat has advanced to 67 cents. The market has a firm j tone, brought about by advices irom Liverpool of heavy purchases there, owing to the shortage of crops in England and in France. The advance in chartes of bottoms in San Francisco may prevent a rise in wheat to the mark indi cated by foreign ..markets, but at least there is a hopeful tone to the Pacific coast markets, with rising prices.
