To provide housing for its Elders, the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde proposes to expand its Elder Housing complex. Conceptual plans for the Elder Housing Phase II complex include a photovoltaic array system for the 23 senior affordable dwelling units. Through this solicitation process, GRTHA is seeking to retain the services of a qualified photovoltaic installation company to provide Design and Construction Services. This work will be coordinated with design and construction of the dwelling units, all site improve ments and landscaping, which will be implemented under a separate contract. Mr. David Reece of Reece & Associates Inc. is acting as GRTHA's Project Manager, representing GRTHA's interests on the above-mentioned Project.
