It is now mandatory that changes to your Direct Deposit be submitted by the 25th of each month and all Address Changes be made by the 31st of the month for the following month's payments. Due to the new changes with ADP check processing we have had several Tribal members harass both our staff, and our local post office employees. As a result, we are no longer allowing Tribal members to pick up their checks at the Grand Ronde Post Office early. We apologize about any inconvenience, but we must enforce our policy which is to wait 3-5 business days after the checks are mailed on the 10th of each month. We ask that all Tribal members be patient and courteous to these guidelines in order for us to serve you better. If you have any questions regarding changes to your Direct Deposit please contact Terri White in Finance at 503-879-2409. Any other questions regarding programs in Member Services please contact Reina Nelson at 503-879-2223.
