Rife dressed in regalia made by his wife, Margie, in whose name he made this walk, and carried an eagle staff made by his sister, Tribal member Pearl Mekemson. Founded in 1995, CCA pro grams include the Music Rx program, Chemo Pal Mentor program and DreamCatcher Wish program, and offers re sources and sup port to families in need, according to its website.
