There are minimal facilities on site so selected vendor must pro vide own kitchen, cooking andor warming facilities to provide high quality food on site. Electricity and water will be provided on the site. Parking access to the cooking area will be provided prior to and after the event (due to end at 6 pm). Vendor will provide: a per meal cost estimate based on 600 indi viduals. Event coordinator will confirm actual attendance within 7 days of event date. Vendor will also provide any other fixed costs related to the event. The bid needs to include the types of equipment being brought to the site and the electrical require ments of the vendor. Vendor will include non-alcoholic beverage options creative iced beverages are desired in addition to standard non-alcoholic beverages. Qualifications: Vendor must have prior experience serving sit down-outdoor events with 600 or more guests. Any other special requirements must be included in the bid document. Preference will be given to vendors with prior experience cooking salmon, buffalo and Indian fry bread. If selected vendor wants to sub-contract for fry bread, they will use one of the identified Tribal vendors (to be provided if vendor is selected).
