Artist Grand Ronde Tribal member Jan Michael "Looking Wolf "Reibach (at left) plays songs off his new album titled"One Heart." Eagle Feathers Clad in a traditional white buckskin dress, Grand Ronde Tribal member Jocelyn Kirk accompanies Reibach with a feather dance, the purpose of which is to honor Mother Earth. Evon Peter (right) , former Chief of the Neetsaii Gwichin Tribe in Arctic Village, Alaska, attended and spoke on leadership among Native youth. Members of the Title VII Indian Education Program also attended the three day event to help students with future projects.
