Last w eek's ruling by the 10th U.S. C ircuit C ourt o f A p p e a ls v o id e d D a v id M agn an's convictions, but the judges said they w ould expect new charges from fed eral prosecutors. M agnan pleaded guilty in S em in o le C ou nty D istrict C o u rt to th ree co u n ts o f first-degree m urder in con nection w ith the 2004 shoot ing deaths o f three people in rural Seminole County.
