A fter arrest and prior to ar raignment, a defendant may post <a cash bail in accordance with the bail schedule (which was revised 3 /1 5 /8 5 ). S ig n atu re bonds before arraignm ent will be in emergency situations Only and will be up to the discretion of the judge on duty. If a defendant is unable to post a cash bail before arraign ment, then the following proce dures will be followed: 1. Federal guidelines require th at the com mittee be com prised of parents of Indian children who are a t tending kindergarten through twelfth grade. A high school student is also elected to serve on the board. The facili ties will be open seven days a week from 8:30 a.m . to 6:00 p.rri. The center will continue these, hours until Septem ber 29, when it will be open seven day per week from 8:30 a.m . to 5:00 p.m. The facility closes for the year on O ctober 27, 1985,.
