T w e lv e teams participated in the tournament held at the W arm Springs Com m unity Center. The cham pionship game p l a y - o f f b e tw e e n W a r m Springs Oregon Traveler’s (95) and Lapwai, Idaho (91) ended the weekend tournament. Bobby Eaglestaff o f the Oregon Traveler’s was chosen the most valuable player o f the tournament. In addition he won the high scorer fo r a single game with a total of 49 points. The M r. Hustle award was given to Jack M cCorm ack of Lapwai. Inspirational player trophy went to Frank Briden of Tacoma, Washington. The A ll-S tar team was as follows: Bobby Eaglestaff, Ken Billingsley, Bernie Earl (all from the Oregon Traveler’s), J a c k M c C o r m a c k , D io n Smith, Vic Sohappy (from Lapwai, Idaho), Rich Wells, Ken Stevens, (from Taholah, Washington), T o m Tilloquats (fro m M e d ic in e V a l l e y , Y akim a), Jason Ray (from Chiloquin, Oregon), Bobby E ag leh ea rt, M a x M itc h e ll (from W .S. Magpies) W in n in g the 3rd place trophy was Taholah, Washing ton with Medicine Valley of Y akim a, Washington, ending with 4th. Chiloquin, Oregon took home the 5th place trophy and W arm Springs Magpies were awarded the 6th. G uy Davis Chev-Olds took the high series fo r three games with a total o f 2,973 followed by Zane Jackson Logging Co. with 2,712. T hird was K ah- Nee-Ta with 2,680. The high individual three games went to Dennis Story with 638, Ray Shike, Jr. 628 and Jim Y a h r w ith 613. W inning the high team game, Guy Davis rolled a total of 1,013. Second was G uy Davis with 983 and third went to K ah- Nee-Ta with a total o f 976. Larry Langley rolled a 246 for the high individual game and Dennis Story and R ay Shike Jr. each rolled a 245.
