Travelers win Ribbon Shirt tourney
The 2nd annual Ribbon
Shirt Basketball tournament
on November 13, 14 and 15
opened the W arm Springs
b a s k e tb a ll season. T w e lv e
teams participated in the
tournament held at the W arm
Springs Com m unity Center.
The cham pionship game

Springs Oregon Traveler’s (95)
and Lapwai, Idaho (91) ended
the weekend tournament.
Bobby Eaglestaff o f the
Oregon Traveler’s was chosen
the most valuable player o f the
tournament. In addition he
won the high scorer fo r a single
game with a total of 49 points.
The M r. Hustle award was
given to Jack M cCorm ack of
Lapwai. Inspirational player
trophy went to Frank Briden of
Tacoma, Washington.
The A ll-S tar team was as
