The size of the paper remains the same, the additional column being made possible by a reduc tion of the width of each column. - . FOSTER, 18, FDR's Christmas Will Accent War WASHINGTON UK The ac cent will be on war at President Roosevelt's Hyde Park home this Christmas. But war will keep three of the president's four sons all of whom are in the armed services away from the family hearth this sea son. And war, as Mrs. Roosevelt said recently, will keep the occa sion from being, a particularly "merry" one anywhere. On Christmas eve the presi dent's mind will be preoccupied with war as he broadcast to na tion and the armed forri every where an address dealing in large part with what happened at his recent military conferences with Prune Minister Churchill, Gener allissimo Chiang Kai-shek, and Premier Stalin. Roosevelt will deliver his ad dress at 3 p. m.. EWT and it will be broadcast at 10 p. m.
