Mr. and Mrs, Rutherford were married in Cabell county, West Virginia, Sept 19, 1891, There are seven children in fee femily, including Elmer E, Rutherford of Casper, Wyom ing, Ernest S. Rutherford of Eugene, There also are twenty-seven grand- children and six great grand children. Both Mr. and Sirs. Ruther ford are natives of Ohio.
