Streit followed up his sentencing of a fixer and former players by declaring: ""Un less the colleges take heed, all the efforts of the district attorneys, the state and the entire exposure will serve, no purpose whatso ever. For the second straight week figures of the NCAA service bureau showed the Hurricane tops in to tal offense, with a : 482.3 yards-per-game , average. Tulsa also leads in rushing attack with an average bf 359.1 in eight games. The passing offense leader is Loyola of Los Angeles, i Loyola has averaged 210.5 yards by pass ing in eight games. Princeton is in a position to set a new record for passing accur acy," breaking the 1945 Alabama mark of 60.7 per. cent on 71 out of 117. Princeton now boasts a 62.2 per cent average, with 79 completed .of 127 thrown, almost all by Dick Kazmaier.
