These grades are permissive and are the first official grades set up for Oregon cherries. V The ' new grades, set up on a temporary basis, will expire December 31, this year. They will be used dur ing this period on a trial basis and any changes found advisable will be incorporated later into per manent grades. The order, effect ive June 21, sejts up one grade, Oregon No. 1, ipt sweet cherries and brining and! throws all cher ries not meeting the requirements of No. l's into Oregon unclassified. Two grades, Oregon No. 1 and No. 2, are set up for sweet cher ries for canning, with all others to be recognized as Oregon un classified. . Any grower or processor may obtain a copy of the complete order from the plant industry division of the state agricultural depart ment.
