Oregon,; Friday Morning October 28, 1938 PAGE NINE Polk Institute November 5 Supt Josiah Wills Tells of Plans for Teachers' Meet at Dallas DALLAS A local institute for teachers of Polk county will be held Saturday morning, Novem ber 5, at the Dallas high school auditorium, according to County School Superintendent Josiah ! Wills. The meeting is scheduled to start at 10 o'clock. A meeting of the Polk county division of the Oregon State Teacher's association will be held. At that time opportunity will be given for the teachers of the county to join the OSTA. Other Items of business 'will in clude the nomination of a vice president for the OSTA and elec tion of delegates to the state teacher's convention to be held in t Portland late in December.
