Bucklin Trial Set SILVERTON The trial of D Bucklin has been set for Sep tember 30 at 10 a. m. before UUdge Alf O. Nelson. Bucklin is charged with defrauding an Innkeeper, the charge preferred by George Manolls, proprietor of George's Place. i A charge of harboring an un licensed dog has been preferred against K. C. WOODBURN The central committee of the fair has an nounced a change In the prize list in both class one and two to make it possible tor a greater number of exhibitors to ' win prizes. The new ; list is as follows: Class -1. First prize 15; second 10; third, fourth and fifth 5 each; sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth, $2.50 each. Class 2. First prize $7.50: second $5; third, fourth and fifth. $3 each; sixth, seventh, eighth and ninth, $1.50 each. Miss Vera Bogard, who is in charge of the "photograph al bum" at the Wodburn commun ity grange fair, requests that all photographs to be exhibited be left either at the Hall studio or brought to the armory not later than .Thursday. In the high school 143 have registered, an increase of about IS per cent over that of last year. There are 57 in the freshman class. A. N.
