Tou hare hot plum pudding for Christ mas dinner. Why not serve It some other day as a 'frozen dish? Here's the way:- Frozen Plum ' Pudding: Melt one and a half squares chocolate in double boiler, and add the contents ; of . one can condensed milk slowly, stirring until thick and smooth. Add one and a fourth cups water, and cool. Freeze to a mesh in a refrigerator tray, stir ring occasionally. Add. one cup beaten cream, and freeze again to a mush. Then-add .two table spoons chopped dates, two table spoons, chopped raisins two table spoons chopped maraschino cher ries and two tablesoons chopped mint cherries, and continue freez ing. Stir now and then to prevent fruits from settling to bottom. This recipe serves eight. Red and green are Christmas colors. Why not carry out the color echeme of your . Christmas dinner with this delicious Walnuts Filberts Almonds Brazils. Jellied Beet and Cucumber Salad: ,. Soften o no tablespoon gelatin in four, tablespoons cold water, dissolve la one cup boil ing water, nd add one - fourth cup sugar, one - fourth, cup vine gar and one-fourth teaspoon salt. Cool. When it begins to set, add drained contents of one No. 1 can diced beets and one cup diced cu cumber. Pour into a flat pan wet with cold water, and let harden in refrigerator.
