Kleinke, service man at the Cherry City garage, tried to test out a car belonging to L. C. Lach ele, 1230 Ferry street, with the result that the car was run into by a machine driven by H. W. Jensen, 110 Hoyt street, on Court between 13 and 14. According to Jenson's report. Kleinke drove to the. left side of the street as though going to park, then suddenly swerved to the right. Jensen had started to pass on the right, and struck the Lachele car on the side.
