O'Day or Eugene, had a bine, and 'gray body, a' tan top. and bore license No. 194-494. The car was stolen from Eugene about 9:30 Tuesday night. Speeder Fined Oscar H. Scherer of Portland was arrested Tuesday night by State Traffic Ofricer Reinhart on a charge of speeding. Scherer was driving on1 North Commercial at the rate of 31 miles an hour. He was released on bail of $10 and cited to appear Wednesday morn ing.
