The dedication ceremony will be an Important one in the life of the Uni versity of Oregon, Dr. Dillehunt hopes. State and city officials, the medical fraternity of Portland and other com munities and others interested in the work of health advancement will be invited to attend.- The complete pro gram will jiot be announced before next month. I g Big Rise Is Shown In Registration at Albany College 'Albany College, Albany, Or., Sept. 21. The second day of registration showed a gain of about SO per cent over the total registration of the first two days ct last year. The college has added to it faculty Mrs. Charles Child, b.
