WEATHER REPORT ' The Vancouver Island disturbance has apparently separated Into two parts, one of which is now central north of Mon tana and the other has moved south to the north California coast Moderately heavy rains have fallen on the Pacific slope as far south as 8an Luis Obispo and as far taut as Pocatello. Idaho. A large high pressure area overlies the Mississippi valley, and a disturbance Is , passing to sea down the St. Lawrence valley.
