Oreer. secretary of the Pacific Grain company, who has just returned from a trip through the Pafouse country, says of the situation tn oat there: "AH through the paiouse country me oats crop was very short this season, and the bulk of the crop has slready passed out of the hands of producers. While this Is so, very little of the grain has moved In this direction, as the trade there Is bidding ror it.
