Murphy, project engineer, In charge of the Klamath reclamation project. The action of the board Is a surprise to many, landowners. Little Informa tion la available as to the charges against Engineer Murphy outsldo of those cited in the letter to the Interior department lack of economy In con struction and lack of administrative ability.
