Mr. Ayer has been In Baker attending to details regarding the mine, ,;. The Gold Cola Is one of those mining properties which ha been 111 fated np to the present time. Located and devel oped as a Quarts mine, a mm was erected and in a six days run $1,200 wea taken rrorn tne plates, xnen came trou ble. A rancher had some farm land a distance below the mill and he claimed that the muddy, water and tailings in jured his premises. He accordingly en joined the - Gold Coin people and tied them up. The case went to the circuit court, and the rancher was beaten, but the supreme court reversed the lower eourt'a finding.
