COMMISSION WILL HEAR ABOUT QUARREL The state railroad commission will go to Ooble tomorrow to settle a neigh borhood quarrel as to whether a new flag stop station shall be maintained by the Astoria 4 Columbia River at Tide Creek or at Warrens. Residents of both places are -anxious to have the Goble line of the A. A C. R. make their atation a flag stop, but It Is not probable that both can be accommo dated. Henderson and Leslie Butler, who were the directors and own era of the Hood River Power A Water company, and who togetner witn Mr. Evans constituted the directors of the light -company, looted and defrauded the corporation by the sals of leases and lands to the light company. The complaint also charges that the five defendants caused land of the value of f 4.500 to be purchased from T. R. Coon by J. L. The complaint also charges ' that the board- of directors refused to remedy these wrongs.
