She will prob ably receive; part cargo at mnis on lower Columbia river. To Vancouver, B. C, the Thyra will r4rry a cargo of raw sugar from Sourobaya. Java. The Glenalvon Is expected to bring a cargo of cement and general freight from Antwerp and to take wheat for a return cargo home early next spring. DREDGE FOR COOS BAY. Secretary of War Grants Permission to Leaae New Craft. Major James Mclndoe, United States Engineer Corps, received a letter this morning from the secretary of the war department granting the request for permission to send the new govern ment dredge to t'oos Hay. . The dredge was completed a few days ago at Greenwich docx, where the' fin ishing touches have been put on and will be ready to start for Coos -as soon as a tug can be secured to take It in tow.
