It is relatively low over California and Arizona, and there is a small de pression over eastern Montana and an other one over me lower lake region. The pressure Is slightly above normal over western Washington, and also over the Canadian northwest and the Red Klver valley of the north. During tho last 24 hours showers have fallen ln Nevada. Utah, southeastern Idaho, Colo rado, Wyoming, Nebraska and western South Dakota. Rain also has fallen at scattered places ln the Atlantic and fulf states, being; heaviest ln the mld le Atlantic and New England states. It is cooler this morning in eastern Oregon and southeastern Idaho, and slightly warmer ln the interior of north ern California and the Interior of west ern Oregon.
