Four more Portland public schools will be equipped with manual training schools before the next term opens. They will be located in the Couch, Chapman, llolladay and Hawthorne schools. At the Hawthorne and Chap man schools small frame buildings will he constructed for the new training de partments, while at tho other schools the ..Hsements will be used. Her ex-husband, who bears the scar of a wound his wife gave him with a hatchet, obtained a warrant, for since her return from Se attle recently she told him she would kill him before the end or the month. and yesterday was July 28.
