Smith, chairman of the John son state campaign committee, lonlght gave out this statement, based upon information from every county and pre cinct in the state: , "We olalm a sweeping victory for Governor Johnson Monday. The Demo crats of Alabama are yearning for a national victory this year, Alabama Is the first state upon the roll and she will lead off for Johnson and Demo cratic success at Denver.
