Six col leges will be represented, and out of tht discussion will be evolved an organiza tion which will have control of athletld affairs. It Is expected that the delegates will agree to limit the playing of any college athlete on any team to four years, and will Insist on a one pear residence from the "roving" ath ete before he Is permitted to represent an institution. The principal schools in the county will enter teams at the meet and from the Present outlook it will probably be the tost successful ever held in old Yamhill.
