Greely with all the published reports of former commanders of the depart ment of the Columbia. The records cover all military activities In the northwest end in Alaska since 187$, and include reports of the Nes Perce cam paign of that year, the Bannock war of 1879, the Chinese riots on Piiget sound tn 188 and the mining troubles In the Coeur d'Alenea In 1892.
