Shipments and sales are made exclusive ly through the Grants Pass Fishermen's association, to which every "commercial fisherman" engaged in fishing on Kogue river near this city belongs. Formerly the fishermen worked individually, and were not able to get as good returns or handle salmon In as large quantity as through the association. The fish ermen employ launches and seines, fish ing principally at night. They expect a good run of salmon this winter sea son.
