City Council of the City of Toledo met in regular session Monday even ing, June 15, 1908. All members present. Minutes of last session read and approved. On motion Committee on Ordi nances instructed to have prepared an ordinance covering contemplated improvement on Hill and Seventh streets. i On motion the Council, as a body, will inspect contemplated improve ments on Seventh street and rail road right-of-way at 1 o'clock to morrow afternoon. On motion work on railroad right-of-way be at once commenced after examination of same. . On motion Committee on Ordi nance be instructed to draw up an ordinance covering improvement on Fourth street from C. & E. railroad track to intersection of Hill street. On motion the Marshal was or dered to put in four more cross pieces under the crossing at south side of Grove and Fourth streets. On motion report of committee appointed to segregate cost of im provement to approach of City wharf be accepted and ordered filed and that the Recorder be instructed to send statements to property owners effected by Baid improve ments and collect the amounts due.
