Tho North Bond public school Is now demon strating Its militant spirit In other channels than that of study. Two basketball teams havo beon organized among tho girls and tho members aro devoting themselves assiduously ta tho task of perfecting themselves In this fascinating and wholesome sport. It was tho first intention to organize but ono team, which would embrace all tho best material In' tho school, nnd then meet Marshfield. Marshfield, however, refused to pick up tho challongo when it was offered and so tho school girls of North Bend ire forced to seek satisfaction among thr-niBOlves.
