Her vocals and guitar are compelling and soulful, and her music evokes a powerful emotional response. After establishing herself in the Northwest music scene in the 1990s, Chorover recently returned to the Northwest to record her latest album. Big Big Love, at Se cret Society Studios in Northeast Portland. The album, co-produced by veteran N orthw est m usician Casey Neill features members of Neill’s band the Norway Rats, Jesse Emerson (bass) and Joe Trump (on drums) and also fea tures Portland guitarist M att Brown.
