The Engineer or Engineering Firm must be licensed and practicing as a Professional Engineer in the State of W ashington. The City anticipates contracting with the firm(s) whom in the City’s sole opinion is best qualified to perform a variety of specialized functions. Typical Engineering Support/Consulting Services may include but not necessarily limited to: Plat Review Parks design Grant Writing Survey Services Drainage Design Subdivision Review Traffic Design and Signage Project and Construction Management General Engineering Advice as Consultant to the City Proposals should include a: "Statement of Qualifications" outlining pertinent performance data and experience along with a current fee schedule and references P roposals should bo lim ited to five pages front and back Based on the information contained in the proposal, two or three individuals or firms will be invited for an oral interview. All proposals will be based upon qualifications, performance, and level of service.
