The City of Portland, Bureau of Water Works announces a request for proposals (RFP) for professional consulting services to support a public decision-making process on futur e treatment of its Bull Run water supply. Consulting services are required to develop and support a public decision-making process and provide support for this pro cess with development of water quality goals and an evaluation of various treatment technologies and sites available to meet water quality goals and description of the project, specific requirements and evalu ation criteria for the proposal may be obtained from the Bureau of Waterworks, Room 600,1120 SW Fifth Avenue, Portland, OR 97204, or by calling (503) 823-7404.
