Six grams ofcocaine, a pistol, and $7500 in cash were also found. Two small children were present in the home at the time o f the warrant service, and were taken into protec tive custody. The residents o f the home, Sam uel H erna n de z, 38, A n na Hernandez, 36, and Giovanny Pena- Rodrigues, 24, were arrested and charged w ith four counts o f Posses sion and D istribution o f Controlled Substances (Heroin and Cocaine). Samuel and Anna Hernandez were also charged w ith C hild Ne glect after the couple’ s tw o girls, aged 18 months and 3 1 /2 years, were found on the premises.
