Cornfoot Road Intersection Improvements Sealed bids for the Portland International Airport, N.E. 47th Avenue and N.E. Bids must be on the bid form which will be provided to prospective bidders and must be accompanied by a certified or cashier’s checkdrawn on a United States bankor a bid bond payable to The Port of Portland in an amount equal to at least 10 percent of the total amount bid. Bidders are required to prequalify in the following category: Asphalt Concrete Paving - Highways, Roads, Streets, and Airports Prequalification applications must be submitted not later than 5 business days prior to the bid opening date. Scott Water District Reservoir No. 1 Replacement Proposals due 10:00 a m., April 15 Request for Proposals Sealed proposals for the construction of Mt. Scott Reservoir No. 1 Replacement, addressed to Mr. Dale L. Jutila, will be received at the office of the Mt. Scott Water District, 10602 S.E. 129th Avenue, City of Portland, OR, until 10:00 a.m., local time, on the 15th day of April 1992, and then will be publicly opened and read. The project contemplated consists of constructing an 0.7 million- gallon steel reservoir, inlet and outlet piping, drain-piping, site grading, and miscellaneous ancillary work. All work specified in this proposal shall be awarded to one contractor only. The bidder shall submit his proposal on the forms furnished by Hebo Service District. Roots: the Contractor shall take reasonable care to preserve the roots of major trees along the route of this project. Major structural roots shall not be cut without the express approval of the Engineer The costs for the required hand work for this item shall be included in the bid prices for the 2" and 4" PVC Mains.
