Dutch oven; mix well, breaking up tom atoes. C over; bring to a boil over m edium -high h eat. Reduce heat; simmer about 30 minutes or un til barley is tender. Remove cover; simmer about 13 minutes or until m ixture is thickened, stirring occasionally. Makes eight ¡-cup servings. D O U B L E F U D G E B R O W N IE S One 4-oz. pkg. chocolate pudding and pie filling mix •A cup butter and margarine, melted I egg One 13-oz. pkg. Quaker Chocolate Chip Cookie M ix Vi cup chopped nuts (optional) Heat oven to 350’ F. Grease 9-inch square baking pan. In large bowl, com bine pudding mix and butter. Add egg; beat at medium speed on electric mixer about 30 seconds or until smooth. Stir in cookie mix and nuts, m ixing w ith fo rk or spoon until ingredients are well blended and dough is s tiff.
