Sixth Avenue, Portland, Oregon, at 10:00 a m.. Monday, October 26, 1961, for tha purpose of conaidering projects for which operating asaistanca is being sought from tha Urban Mass Transportation Administration, under Section 18 of the Urban Maas Transportation Act of 1964. as amended The project will, through subcontracted services, supply approximately 23,706 one-way rides for residents of rural Clackmas, Multnomah, and Washington Counties not served by the regular Tri-Met bus system during FY 81 -82. This project is included in the Transportation Improvement Program and will be in the annual element for FY 82. No persons, families or businesses will be displaced by this project and there will be no impact on the environment.
