If this measure is approved, $96,373,267 of the taxes levied will be financed partially by the State of Oregon, which will result in an estimated tax rate of $8.77 per $1,000 of true cash value, exclusive of serial levies for capital construction, but inclusive of the levy under the existing tax base.
